Close to Ninety Flights Associated to Epstein Allegedly Arrived at or Departed from British Airports

A review has identified that approximately 90 aircraft journeys associated to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein reportedly touched down at and left UK airfields, with some allegedly carrying British women who allege they were abused by the convicted sex offender.

Aviation Records Show Pattern of Travel

The travel manifests were among thousands of legal papers and papers made public by Epstein’s estate that have been made public over the previous twelve months. The review identified 87 aircraft movements tied to Epstein – including many that were hitherto undisclosed – arriving or departing from UK airports between the start of the 1990s and 2018.

Onboard Individuals and Post-Conviction Flights

Unidentified women were recorded among the passengers travelling into and out of the UK. Significantly, 15 of these flights involving the UK occurred after Epstein’s 2008 conviction for procuring prostitution from a minor.

“This is ‘astonishing’ that there had never been a ‘thorough probe in the UK’ into his dealings in the country,” remarked American attorneys acting for numerous Epstein survivors.

UK Survivors and Court Cases

A statement from one of the British victims helped convict Epstein’s accomplice socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of sex trafficking of minors in the US in 2021. Yet, that survivor has not received any contact by police in the UK, as stated by her attorney based in Florida.

In a statement, the Metropolitan police stated they had “not received any new information that would support reopening the probe.” They noted, “If fresh and pertinent evidence be presented to us, encompassing any arising from the release of material in the US, we will assess it.”

Ongoing Disclosure and Legal Rulings

Proposed legislation to release every document held by the US government in concerning Epstein was approved by the House and Senate last month. The US justice department has until 19 December to follow through. A vast number of papers are expected to be released.

In a related development, a federal judge decided last week that the department could make public case files from a trafficking prosecution against Maxwell, Epstein’s longtime confidante, who is serving a 20-year jail term over the allegations.
